On the southern slopes of Greater Caucasus there's a unique settlement called Lahij. This settlement is notable with its authentic handicrafts traditions. Craftsmen of Lahij preserved their traditions and technologies of working on non-ferrrous metals, like copper and bronze through centuries.

Quba

As we enter Guba district, tourists are blown away by the absolute beauty of the landscapes and picturesque surroundings. Our next stopping point carries a name of “Caucasian Jerusalim”, the Red Village. The unique Jews settlement high up in the mountains, standing proud and tall. At this point of the journey we will get to see the synagogue, situated inside the village, and an ancient “red bridge” before moving along our way to have lunch.
